
our training runs for the long beach marathon are getting ridiculously long. 22 miles...24 miles...pretty soon we'll be doing the full 26. but so far, it has been really good. i love running with this group because it makes the time go by so much faster. the long miles do something to your head (not to mention your body) so it's good to get outside of your head and talk to someone for even a little while.
it's strange, but even music doesn't help me as much as it should when i'm out running for 4 hours.
but it will be worth it, right?! :) :)
today when i was stretching, i was reaching for my toes and the above and below shots are what i saw. i love the world upside down. :) remember lying on the couch and looking at the ceiling and pretending it was the floor? or was that just my sisters and i? hehe
