Living in the Moment

the hardest part is always living in the moment when you know that the end is near. that these moments cannot last. but it is much better to be present and to make the decision to enjoy rather than to check out and distance oneself. it was refreshing to be away from the computer, to not check emails constantly, to forget to turn my phone on, and to get up and run to jo's house in last wednesday morning. there's nothing quite like running past fragrant mint fields. mmm
